Dave Magdefrau
Mr. David Magdefrau received his electrical engineering education at Moorhead Area Vocational and Technical Institute in Moorhead, Minnesota. Beginning his engineering career in 1979, Mr. Magdefrau worked in North Dakota and Minnesota before relocating in 1986 to Las Vegas. In 1991, Mr. Magdefrau was hired by JBA Consulting Engineers to serve as the firm's leading Electrical Project Manager.
Mr. Magdefrau's diverse and expansive electrical knowledge has provided him with the management skills required for supervising multiple projects and the electrical staff on a day-to-day basis.
With over 27 years of experience, dedication and extensive knowledge of the electrical engineering industry, Mr. Magdefrau uses his experience to mentor, encourage, and motivate aspiring designers and engineers-in-training.
Since joining JBA Mr. Magdefrau has been responsible for numerous types of projects including hospitality, major hotel/casinos, high-rise office buildings, airports, hospitals, telecommunications facilities, institutional, residential, commercial, educational, hazardous location, light industrial and central utility plants.
